EVOLVE Magazine “shines a light on success”. It is published quarterly in the Greater Daytona and First Coast regions and is distributed digitally. Additionally, each quarter we print a combined Greater Daytona/First Coast regions publication that is distributed through the U.S. Postal mail service to businesses who are active on Chamber Boards, economic development practitioners & investors and elected officials. Responsibilities:
This person in this role will focus primarily on sales for Parent Magazine.
- Research and identify potential customers who can benefit from reaching our audience. This includes using various tools and methods to research potential prospects, such as social media, LinkedIn, and industry-specific databases.
- Reach out to leads through various channels, including email, phone, and social media. You will be responsible for developing and executing outreach campaigns to generate interest in our products and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for Account Executives to further develop relationships and close deals. You will be responsible for conducting discovery calls with potential customers to understand their needs, budget, and timeline. Based on your conversations, you will determine whether a lead is a good fit for our products and schedule a follow-up call with one of our Account Executives.
- Educate leads on the benefits of our products and effectively communicate our value proposition. You will be responsible for understanding our product s’ key features and benefits and articulating them to potential customers. You will also be responsible for answering questions about our products and addressing
- Manage and update CRM system with accurate information and sales activities. You will be responsible for tracking all of your sales activities in our CRM system (AdSalesGenius). This includes logging calls, emails, and meetings, and updating lead and account records with accurate information.
- Manage and facilitate demos for prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding your monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, including the number of qualified leads generated, meetings scheduled, and opportunities created.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Hard worker with a can-do attitude, willing to do what it takes to see the team succeed.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team.
- Experience using a CRM system is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
