May is National Biking Month and to celebrate we put together a short list of bike trails in Flagler, St. Johns and Volusia counties you can enjoy with the whole family.
Palm Coast in Flagler County is full of scenic biking trails for the entire family. From waterfront paths to shady, treelined rides to exciting “mountain” biking trails, Palm Coast is a biker’s dream. One of our family favorite is the Waterfront Park Loop– Approx. 5 miles.

Palatka to St. Augustine Trail
St. Johns County boasts an 18.2 mile trail from Palatka to St. Augustine with nice views of the rural countryside. Visit the Florida Hikes! website for more information about this trail. There are multiple locations to park and start your biking adventure.
In northern St. Johns county you can visit the Nocatee Preserve for 3+ acres of unpaved trails for fun family biking.
Volusia County has some beautiful rides along the intercoastal and inland among the trees.
