If a man empties his purse into his head, no man can take it away from him. An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.” – Ben Franklin
Many of you may not know that I am a retired Elementary School Principal. While February is mid semester for our children, it is also a time when we start looking at the next school year and make changes and plans for it. As a Parent, you may be now seeing the new skills and knowledge that your child has learned so far this year, and looking at ways to foster new strengths and interests.
Our goal with this issue is to give you an overview of our public schools, and to provide you with information on how to prepare your child for achievement tests. We have worked with the schools on content that can help you better guide your child as they move through their education.
We hope that this issue becomes a resource guide for you and your family.
